Thank you for your interest in Resonance! We are a serious yet non-hardcore progression free company, participating in all aspects of Final Fantasy XIV's content.
We believe in creating a strong social experience to underpin our successes in the game, and so we are looking to build our community even if you are a casual player, a social player, or have no interest in raid content.
When it comes to raiding however, we believe in a serious approach. "Play smart, not hard" is our philosophy, and as such you will not be asked to suffer through painstakingly long progression grinds. However, a strong level of performance is expected, with appropriate use of equipment and food to facilitate our objectives.
We do not expect perfection, and our environment is laid back - but you must be able to accept constructive criticism and must be prepared to better yourself if there is a problem.
The above applies mainly to the main raid group currently forming at the moment - once this group has been filled, requirements for any subsequent groups is at the discretion of the leader in question.
We will endeavour to respond to all applications within 48 hours of receipt. Once you have applied, feel free to introduce yourself in the forums!
Current raid times:
Group 1 (Full): Tuesday/Friday/Sunday 9PM PST/12AM EST start.
Group 2 (Forming): Wednesday/??? 4PM PST/7PM EST start (Group 2 times aren't set in stone yet as the current members have open availability.)
